Some people are overly optimistic, they think life is grand, good things happen to good people, if you work hard it’ll all be OK in the end, and busses come in threes.
But then they’re complete fucking idiots.
Any sane person knows that karma is for New Age wankers, there is no god, justice and democracy don’t really exist, life has no meaning and you’ll die cold and alone, probably face-down in some kind of ditch.
If you’re not totally self-absorbed, and you don’t worship tacky designer shit and brainless celebrities, if you can’t fucking stand music anymore and you find that most social conventions are totally fucking arbitrary and nothing but a mindless, aching chore dragging you down into the depths of a black depression, then life is a pretty lonely place. Because most people don’t think like you, because most people are cunts.
Every time I turn on the TV, read the news or glance at the comments section on YouTube I see more reasons why I hate the human race. I thought I’d start writing some of them down, mostly to confuse the well meaning archaeologist who I hope finds this blog in some kind of data capsule in 1000 years time and forms a totally warped view of society’s beliefs and attitudes at the time. (Obviously if he finds this particular page then I’m rumbled).
I may even write about the few things that bring me a few fleeting moments of joy, like Peep Show and anything that Mark Gatiss has had a hand in.
Yep, this is another one of those angry shouty blogs, fuelled by impotent rage and a strong sense of my own failure and bitter self-loathing.
If you’re easily offended by strong language and ‘heresy’ then you’re probably a prissy little fuck who hasn’t actually considered why you arbitrarily find words like ‘cunt’ and ‘fucktard’ offensive*. But you’re welcome to stick around and voice your tiresome and grammatically-irregular opinions, if its any consolation it’ll probably add to my crushing sense of disappointment.

*Hint, it’s because you’re a herd animal and the rest of the pack has deemed such words and opinions to be socially unacceptable, it’s not for any sensible reason. Think about it, why is it illegal for me to parade around the streets naked? Nudity is totally natural, all the other animals do it, it wouldn’t hurt anyone, it wouldn’t bring society falling to its knees or ‘threaten the institute of marriage’ like ‘teh gays’ keep doing. But no, I’d be banged up quick-smart and given an ASBO. The world makes no sense.
